Clos Triguedina was first planted in 1830 by Etienne Baldès. Eight generations later, Jean-Luc BALDES is now in charge of the estate and has taken the wines to the top level in Cahors with a range of different products, continually investing in innovative modern technology and marrying tradition with the highest production standards.
In the heart of the Cahors wine region, the estate stretches over nearly 70 hectares (175 acres) between the bends of the River Lot in a lovely green setting near Puy l'Evêque. Its silicious clay or clay-and-limestone soil is ideal for the production of wines of Classed Growth status.
