CLOS TRIGUEDINA

CLOS TRIGUEDINA
Cuvée Classique.
Estate Bottled.

The Clos Triguedina is a beautiful dwelling, its architecture typical of the Quercy style, in a lush green setting where the cellars, the chai and the family museum are all worth a visit. In olden days, pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela habitually stopped off here to take refreshment. In the local Occitan language, “Me trigo de dina” means “I’m longing for dinner!”

A CLASSIC WINE
A wine of consistently high quality, preserving both its typicity and finesse.

Tasting advice:
- A young Triguedina, served at 14-15°C, is a slightly tannic wine which goes well with foie gras, charcuterie and red meats, grilled or with sauces.
- An old Triguedina, served at 16-18°C, reveals subtle and delicate aromas. It goes well with truffles, roast meats (red or white) accompanied by cep mushrooms, and with game and cheese (such as Comté, Cantal, and goat’s cheeses).
